At this time, we only accept appointments for our services. We understand that your time is valuable, so we have made it easy for you to schedule an appointment. What is required for my first visit?
If you would like to make your visit go faster, you have the option to fill out the new patient registration forms that are provided on our website. This will save you time and allow us to quickly get you started with your appointment. Alternatively, if you would prefer to fill out the forms upon arrival, you are more than welcome to do so. Either way, we are here to make your visit as efficient and comfortable as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
At Vitalive Health and Wellness, we make it easy to pay for your purchase. We accept HSA/FSA cards, Cash, Venmo, as well as major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For those who need more flexibility, we also offer financing through Cherry. With Cherry, you can make convenient monthly payments, so you don’t have to worry about paying for your purchase all at once. No matter what type of payment you choose, we make it easy for you to get what you need.

Do you offer discounts?
Vitalive Health and Wellness offers a variety of promotions and discounts throughout the year for both new and returning patients. Is it possible to schedule an IV treatment session after hours or on site at either my home or place of employment?
If you need IV therapy after hours or on location, we can make it happen! We offer this service if we have a provider available and require a booking deposit or after-hours fee on top of our normal IV therapy pricing. To arrange IV therapy outside of our normal hours, please call or text 615-857-9089. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our services and pricing.

What kind of results can I expect?
At Vitalive Health and Wellness, we understand that other weight loss places may make promises and guarantees, but we believe that results should speak for themselves. We don’t use gimmicks or quick fixes, but instead prefer to focus on helping you achieve your goals. You can typically expect to see a steady 1-3 pound of weight loss a week. Is this treatment a good fit for me?
This treatment is a particularly good fit for you if you are looking for a long-term solution, you have taken phentermine or another stimulant medication (like ADHD meds) before, and/or you need to lose more than 10-15 lbs.
You cannot be treated with Semaglutide if you have:
Medullary Thyroid cancer
Multiple endocrine neoplasia
Type 1 Diabetics
History of pancreatitis (Unless cleared by a doctor)
Chronic kidney disease (unless cleared by nephrologist)
Nursing, Pregnant, or trying to get pregnant

What are the common side effects?
The most common side effects include short moments of nausea, constipation or diarrhea, fatigue, and decrease in desire for alcohol.

Is the injection painful?
Unlike other vaccines or shots, this injection is administered using a small needle that is inserted only beneath the skin, not into the muscle. It is common for patients to be unaware that the shot has already been administered by us. For those who fear needles, the medication is available in tablet form, but its effectiveness is not on par with that of injections.

Do you take insurance?
We do not handle any insurance. Regrettably, the majority of insurance companies do not include coverage for medical weight loss. However, we would be delighted to furnish receipts for reimbursement if your insurance policy covers it.
